So I have been using this on clean dry eyebrows for a month, only at bedtime, (as had pencil on in daytime) and finally I have some regrowh, although it’s fine, it’s enough to tint , and it’s getting fuller, I don’t normally leave reviews but if your like me, fed up with pencilling in eyebrows every morning, try this product, as I say give it time, and I don’t use tweezers anymore, just leave whole area alone, but a good eyebrow tint,dye also helps,Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
