Budget soundbar, value
I purchased this soundbar to replace my Yamaha YSP 2700 as I did not have the right room shape to get the sound effects from the soundbar's digital projector, and it did not have Dolby Atmos, or Dts-X. The Panasonic gives a good wide field of stereo effects, with some surprising sound object placements on the surround sound., especially noticeable on Dts and Dolby encoded soundtracks, I can hear left field effects much better now than I did with the yamaha. This system is good value for money, it is loud, and you do get semi surround effects, up to a couple of feet in front of me either side, so it does bring the sound towards you and left and right give you a big wall of sound, you don't quite hear the sound above in atmos and not behind you. The wall of sound is high and wide though, so most of the time you are kind of engulfed by it all the same, clear speech, nice sound, benefit of a centre speech speaker, and a sub woofer that is boomy, but can be turned down, 4k dvd films sound the best through this system whilst day to day programs are enhanced, Netflix 5.1 dolby tracks are good through this unit too.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Incredible Sound Performance
I have no idea how a soundbar can be this good. I purchased mine to replace an older 5.1 Bose system, and was on a tight budget. There’s absolutely nothing budget about this Soundbar. Love this cinema system
