1. As far as practicality for those living in an apartment or flat it is a necessity. super fast and easy fold up and storage, and easy retrieval as well. 2: It looks cool, while remaining perfectly usable. 3: Actual wheel mount plate jiggles a bit the way I have to mount my wheel, so it could be more stable, but it is still loads better than my previous setup of clamping the wheel to a T.V. dinner table. 4 Comfy, if your waist is no bigger than 36", it definitely feels like if i gained a couple inches it would be a tight fit, but as it is very comfy. I could play for hours, and I have. lol. so in closing, its not higher quality than I expected, but it is exactly what I thought I was paying for so not disappointed either. happy with the purchase overall.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Perfect portable chair for people who don't have the space for a dedicated sim rig. I can set up and tear down in about a minute. The tiniest gripe I have is there is a bit of play in the bar the steering wheel mounts to because of the hinge but so far I have not noticed this negatively impacting my driving.
