The price of this deck is reflected in the quality.....it's just okay, nothing out of the ordinary.
These cards have some nice artwork, however, compared to other decks, they lack substance, as in are quite flimsy and I feel as if the artwork is more sketchy than it could have been. It's almost as if someone has rushed to put these cards together, as there is so much more that could have been included, in both the artwork and quality of the deck, such a shame....however, I guess this is reflected in the price of the deck too, right?Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A beautiful tarot deck, featuring medieval fantasy images
This is a beautiful tarot deck, featuring medieval fantasy images. The cards are also carefully designed to incorporate meaningful symbols, so that they have depth for reading with, as well as being attractive to look at. They come with a quality box and interpretation book. The cards themselves are relatively good quality with a sheen. My only quibble would be the edges, which were white. and slightly rough in places. I have customised the edges of my pack with gold pen to remedy this. The cards also stuck together slightly when I first opened the pack, but this is no longer the case. This is one of the best tarots I have found on the market. These cards are a must
I use these cards for what they are not intended for. I can make sense out of them if I draw 1 Seed card and 1 Transformation card, as opposed to 1 Seed and 3 Transformation. I instead use them for what I thought may have worked well and do, for me. I just shuffle them and draw any old number, usual 3. I wanted something that would provide complementary guidance in conjunction with other tools (Such as Tarot etc) and I find it does work well. But maybe due to me making up my mind about it, I find it hard, if not impossible to do a straightforward reading with them (Like relationship or career). But used with Tarot etc to provider a focused Yin path (Transformation) with the Potential Yang outcome (Seed), then these cards I think are a must. Is that because they are more versatile than imagined, or am I just over-imaginative? I call them, "Reiki Energy Cards," as opposed to, "Inspirational," because I think it just sounds good when I say it in my video readings on my Facebook, "100% FREE Psychic Readings," group. The artwork of the Thoth tarot is amazing and speaks for itself. This set by AG Muller is good quality throughout. The cards are not uber glossy like some, so don't have that static cling, and they are FLAT, not with a curve from some machine that never goes away. They shuffle easy, material and printing is good. Beautiful deck, with original colour faces, not modernised with bright lurid colours... perfect if you want authenticity! I bought my set years ago and purchased this set as a present for a friend, There is a little booklet inside the box with instructions to help get you started.
