Worth the money, easy to use, nice size but with the listed reservations.
Most of the ready meals we purchase the cooking time is either 900W or 800W, this microwave like many others do not have these settings. I.E 1000w, 850, 750 etc., although many can simply calculate the difference in time, many cannot. Also like many others the step in heating goes up in 10 second intervals whereas many meals actually call for 5. The plate warming function is so slow for a single plate that it is not worth while using, quicker to run the plate under a hot tap.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A family mini kitchen.
This is just a dream. Samsung can't be wrong. What else could anyone need in a microwave? Massive 28 litres capacity and the endless functions it came with. I can't even begin to list but I have no single regret over this product. I can't believe I could get it at the price I paid though. What an extra bonus.

Simple to use with great features!
Brilliant microwave ! simple to operate and i love the fact that i can select the power from 1000W down to 150W (everything you do doesn't need full power) you can also select the time in increments of 5 seconds (my old microwave was 30 seconds min). Bigger than previous microwaves i owned and i am so glad, everything fits in it! It has a plate warming function which i did think i would never use, yet on Sunday when about to dish up the lunch the plates were freezing, so i popped them in the microwave with the warming bowl and they came out perfect! so yes, i will be using that function regularly! My old microwave was used to cook or defrost and press the button for the times, defrosting always starts to cook before the middle is thawed! this microwave can be tailored so the results are much better for both cooking and defrosting. When i first looked at the microwave i thought it looked complicated and that it would be another item that would only be used on the basic setting, but the instruction book was clear and in no time at all i am using several functions. There is also a list on the inside which is a quick reference guide to foods and functions, brilliant! Cleaning the interior is an easy wipe around with a cloth and due to the fact that i can alter the power settings i don't get the food exploding on the insides like i used to. I did see a review where the customer complained that the interior light needs to be brighter due to not being able to see through the door when cooking, i can see where they are coming from but i don't agree 100%, the light is fine when the door is open and while i am cooking if i want to check on it i open the door anyway, so even if i could see the food with the door closed i would still open it. My old microwave was ok with the light but i still opened the door, so in my opinion it does not have an effect on my usage. Love this microwave and all Samsung products, i am slowly finding their name on more and more products in my home and i am perfectly happy with every one of them! buy with confidence.

Power, size and quality - a good microwave for families
It's on the bigger side of the microwave world, but this is a great asset as it allows it to take full-size dinner plates and mixing bowls, etc. Controls are pretty intuitive and mostly self-explanatory, extras like the deodorising setting are a big plus. Larger than the normal microwave which us better for larger family meals.
Is what it says on the tin. Looks stylish enough with rounder corners. Bigger than the average microwave so bigger dishes can be used. Nice all round microwave, but the black smoked glass door visibilty lets it down.
Nice microwave, cooks well and easy to operate, but the major drawback is, if you wan't to see how your food is doing while it's cooking or reheating you have to keep opening and closing the door, as the poor interior light and the rather stupid black smoked glass door makes it virtually impossible to see inside.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does a great job
A very good microwave that does what is should very well. The defrost operation is quiet complicated to get to know.
