It works.
I've often bought a product with high expectations inly to be dissapointed, this is not the case with my Kamado Kooker. The cooker itself is easy to assemble, the cart not so much. The end product is worth it. If you get the model with the side shelves, assembly is easier but has less usable working surface. It cooks like a dream using less charcoal. Cooking temp is easily regulated and the learning curve on adjustments is short. First day after seasoning the grill, I smoked 2 pork loins, one for slicing & one for shedding. Both were perfect. Being able to cook at low temps keeps me from over cooking like I can on convential grills. However you can crank up the temp foe searing.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

No receipt no warranty
