This is a really good way to tighten and lift your muscles in your face and neck. I am 61 years old and it has taken years off. The only downside is the fact it turns itself off after about ten minutes (to save battery life, just in case you haven't turned it off, by mistake), so because of this I do the same area both sides of the face and turn it off, then turn it on for the next area, this way it doesn't decide to turn itself of in the middle of you timing an area. I am very impressed of how long the battery has lasted as I've used it on both my husband and myself for ages and it is still going strong.
