Very efficient
The item appears to be made of decent quality plastic, and will no doubt last a good few years (Or ears). Its simple to use, and does the job very well. The key to unlocking your ears is not so much the tool used, but is the regular use of olive oil (Or similar) to make the ear wax soft, and easy to flush. The trigger only works properly on the last part of the squeeze hence not sufficient water per press. The water / wax collector interferes with trigger pressing. The kit should include a flexible delivery pipe not solid plastic one that is in the kit. So the questions above really push me into a good or bad product, its both but could be so much better? I do wonder if sellers/ makers really ever use there own product.

Simple easy to use kit.
I have had problems with ear wax build up for years and have ended up going to the practice nurse for syringing on a regular basis.Due to the "Virus" problems I was putting up with one completely blocked ear and the other one partially blocked before I just thought I'd see what was on eBay........Low and behold this syringing kit stood out and thought if it worked the cost would be more that worth it I didn't use the peroxide as recommended ,but would just use warm water to see what would happen.The first two times with my wife at the mechanical end of operations a small amount of wax came away with no problems or discomfort.On the third occasion after a minute or so all the rest of the wax came away no problem.........sweet relief.The second ear only took once to clean,job done.Conclusion,that using this system is much easier with 2 people and it maybe takes a couple of goes to feel confident inserting the tube into your ear,but after that it is no problem.So,no more going to the surgery and can keep on top of things as and when I want . Ear wax removal kit
For years I have needed ear wax removal provided by my GP surgery. NHS has now stopped providing this so forced me to look on eBay for a do it myself solution. The kit is great and has removed the wax effectively (after days softening it with cooking oil). But use water only in the kit. Kit instructions suggest using hydrogen peroxide solution but this will burn your ears!!!!! Best ear wax remover ever.
Excellent product, cleared my ears out after 2 days, used ear drops after first try and was actually surprised by the amount of wax to come out of both ears, hearing is now tremendously improved, one small point though, you really need 3 hands or help with this as the connection to the bottle keeps slipping of, I put a little spring clip on it and job done, highly recommend this I'm really amazed how well it works. Worked for me. Went from being deaf in one ear to full hearing in seconds. I'd been using ear drops for a while though and so the wax just washed out in seconds. I wasn't expecting much but the pieces of this kit look well made with quality plastic. I tried the different elements but the bendy tube worked best. Would definitely recommend this in tandem with ear drops. This is the sort of kit I imagine you can get better at using over time as you get more of a feel for it. Great value and easy to use
Since you can no longer get ears syringed at the doctors I have had no end of problems, tried drops even went to Optition and paid £55 after waiting two weeks for the appointment, which turned out to be both a waste of time and money. This works!!
Just because it works. I need to have this removal of wax done nearly bi-annually but it has become more difficult to have the nurse do this. This is a really simple piece of kit to use but preferably with a second pair of hands. The pressure of water,( I used only warm tap water) is just right when the "trigger" is pulled. I should point out that it is a must that the wax is softened with olive oil or similar, 2-3 drops twice daily for 10-14 days and mine worked on the second attempt.
