Great kit. Very easy to build. Works very well!
Honestly a great little bit of kit. If you're competent enough with a soldering iron and general wiring husbandry then you'll have no dramas with this kit. All components supplied were of a decent enough quality. Instructions are easy to follow, nothing complicated. Measurements of wires and tails of LED's will need to be adjusted and or trimmed to fit the body of the device nicely. Once built I tailored my long USB cable (that supplies power only to the device) and reduced its length significantly so I could plug it in to a small powerbank that is now strapped to the top of my headset. My IR tracker is now wireless. With the free software, the complete system works a treat. (I used a PS3 Eye camera and cut out IR filter). Less than £30 all-in for a fully functional IR head tracking system. Far better value than the over-priced "Track-IR" systems.
