Solid & well made... at a low price
Solid and well made, these have a tiny amount of helpful give while still being a solid surface for squats and deadlifts. Comfortable - not like bouncing off concrete - but not squishy or soft at all. I had always intended cut mine in to 9ths to use for box squatting and to deaden deadlifts in my flat. Even cut like that, they can still be recombined to larger mats, because of the interlocking edges. Great product at a low price. I'm very happy. They also arrived very quickly. Nice mats
I used this under my stationary bike and for light workouts with dumbells. Mats are easy to click together. They clean up very easily after a workout. It provides a bit of vibration deadening from the bike and when input my dumbells down. Its also easy to cut down as i had to fit it around some furniture. Overall, a good buy. Interlocking rubber mats
