Soft close toilet seat
Although I have recommended this seat, there were a few issues people need to know about, the screws holding the seat in place are nowhere near long enough to connect with the locking nut, luckily we had two longer screws in the work box that were the size to fit the locking nut otherwise it would mean buying longer screws. Also I find the seat keeps slipping sideways, no matter how tight I tighten the nuts. But the seat is good quality at a good price, and I like the easy release mechanism.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Get what you pay for
This was a cheap product and it does look it. I would only recommend this if you are on a tight budget or just need it for a toilet that doesn't see much use. The way the hinge fastener works is pretty poor and as it's plastic, I'm reluctant to apply more force to it. The result is that if you sit on it at a bit of an angle, the seat moves. I have tightened it as far as it'll go before it feels like it's going to strip the thread. So if you are on an absolute budget, get this, otherwise spend a bit more and get something better.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not exactly 'luxury'..

Fast soft close
