Would not reccommend this product.
The most important thing to make this product better would be to make it get warm, when in use! I purchased this for a 98 year old lady and even on setting 6, it was only luke warm, marginally better than a non electric throw. I bought one from a certain cheap supermarket and 6 is only used as quick boost. Any longer and i would be roasted or it would cut out. Mine also gives instant warmth - no waiting. However, although the fleece quality is much softer on yours, than the one i purchased, it never gets any more than slightly warm. Very unimpressed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not worth it despite the price
It's not machine wash, as advertised, it's hand wash only and you can only way it a maximum of 3 times in total. I'd expect it to last at least 2 years, going on my previous one, bought elsewhere. So if used regularly, as I do, 3 washes is too few. The advert should make this info clear to save an expensive return postal cost. It's also a lot thinner than previous ones and crinkles as if it's filled with a foil sheet.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good warming rug
It states on the box luxury however it's more like budget there is definitely budget materials used to make this rug. It dose do exactly what it says it dose it heats very well. It is reasonably priced l would have liked it to have been made of better thicker material.
