Good for keeping tabs on the dogs!
I have 2 of these cameras now, watching different parts of the house. It's great that you can speak with the dogs, gives them reassurance . I found the instructions a little confusing, due to the not so good translation. Having said that, once you are up and running, it's easy to operate, and you can add other people's emails to allow them to view the camera also. Overall, quality of picture is good for the reasonable price. The only reason for not giving 5 star rating is the poor instruction leaflet.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not fit for purpose
I bought 3 of these. Not one worked properly. Yes, initially they worked for a couple of weeks trouble free, but that was that. Since then, they have been nothing but trouble. You can view any room you put them in, via your phone or laptop. That bits OK. But not one will record anything on the micro SD card for long. 3 hours, 11 hours, occasionally 23 hours on a good day, then invariably they stop recording and a message flashes up saying the SD card needs 'Initializing' (wiping clean) This is long before the SD card is full. This wipes everything you've recorded. I bought new SD cards, all correct as asked for in the instructions, all to no avail. Nothing worked for long. The 'help line' says do this, do that, all of which did 2 things, nothing and bugger all. I don't trust any one of the 3 cameras I bought to do the job they are supposed to do. I've owned them for a month and now I'm actively looking for something better, something that actually works. Save your money and buy something else, something that actually works. Kevin Savage. I brought this camera to keep an eye on my puppy labrador when he was left every now and again.inwasnt expecting much if I'm honest but WOW this is a great piece of equipment it really does what it should do the quality is great the sound is great and it works for miles,even better stops him from chewing as I spk through the microphone bit. This is easy to set up and access. However, there does seem to be annoying gaps in the photo stream where we know there has been activity in the camera range but doesn't get recorded. It's still early days though and it may be user issues rather than the equipment. Great for the price
Item arrived on time and well packaged. A lot smaller than I expected from the photo but I didn’t check the dimensions in the description so no complaints. Thanks to the feedback from other users I was prepared for the setup, which was fortunate as the text on the manual needed a magnifying glass to read. Just a few minutes to setup and away we go. The quality of the picture both day and night were excellent. I haven’t tried it with a SD card yet so unable to comment on that aspect. Tried the speaker and microphone and made the dogs jump , no issues there. Fantastic value and does exactly what we need
We bought this product so that we could keep an eye on the dog whilst we're out of the house, and I have to say I'm very impressed. The camera is good value for money and we particularly love the features which allow you to turn the camera and speak to the dog through it. Camera arrived today was up and running in a couple of minutes. Decent picture quality. Lots of useful features ie i can set it to only be active when im at work. Well made but with some set-up issues
Does what it says and a nice little unit, like a little snowman in appearance but full of functionality. My only reservation is that the wi-fi range isn't as great as I expected. I put it in my conservatory and even though the router was in the bedroom above, right up against the back wall, it could detect no signal at all, so I had to bring it inside again. Setup didn't work the first time but deleted the camera from the app, tried again, and it worked. App and software need improvement. Camera a bit cheap and nasty but for the price does a reasonable job
Product is ok quality and I love being able to peep at my pets when I’m at work. But app is very limited (you can watch ‘live’ but only produce stills to share) requires a fee to upgrade for moving images etc. It was a bit of a palaver setting it up.
