Its ok for the price. Cheap plastic head though.
for £20 It's pretty good. The plastic detachable head is pretty weak plastic though....Im guessing that will be the first thing that breaks on it. The plug on the power supply is not standard 3 pin uk plug....Its one of those 2 pin shaver socket ones which they do not mention in the description for these items anywhere of eBay. Lengths go from short stubble to long stubble. I wouldn't trust this on a decent big beard. It just gets rid of messy stubble to tidy stubble pretty well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good product, well made, BUT...
The photo on the box shows a guy with very short "designer stubble". There is no way this can be achieved with the clipper guide supplied. I might have to sand mine down a bit. Lightweight & easy to use

Lightweight and flimsy
Bought this to replace an old Philips one where the battery died. Relied on the reviews about quality Initially did not seem to cut as well as the old one (uneven trim length) but today was the worst. The guide is a very soft plastic and does not lock solidly into the base. As a result it can sit in two positions and the difference is about 3mm in cut length !! I wouldn't buy another!
Sorry to say only cons: 1. It is a terrible trimmer; lots of stray hairs it misses. 2. Takes ages to trim beard properly; you have to go really slow, in all directions. 3. good but could be better with a few tweaks by braun,

ok, but not the best

Very Poor
The comb attachment has a bar over the leading edge which squashes the hair down, making the cutters less than effective. Unless you use the appliance at exactly the right angle the results are very poor indeed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
