A good resonance but not as durable
Bought these strings to replace the bad original ones that come with violins , the coloured part of the cable by the ball is a little thick but it can fit into the violin tuner grooves, the higher note strings can be a little flimsier so you must take care when tuning them so you do not break them they are not super durable when trying to tune but a cheap upgrade from the factory fitted stringsVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Decent value for beginners & home playing
Guitar strings have increased in price over the last 20 years and classical guitar strings now often retail around £10. I usually use Daddario strings but gave these a try and purchased them around £6. They are decent enough and at a good price I would recommend for practice or casual playing. Personally I find them to be not as good quality as the established brands and as a semi pro player probably wouldn't use them at a paid performance. Very poor
Having just bought a new guitar I did the recommended thing and changed the strings. However,these new ones sounded worse then the old ones. They stretch and stretch and keep on stretching before beginning to settle but they simply lack any clarity, especially the wire wound bottom three. The guitar sounded absolutely dead until I put the original strings back on. What an improvement!
