    SDHC to CF adapter

    This is so handy, I needed a compact flash card and didn't have one. However I had loads of SD cards so this turned out to be a cheap option. It also has the added advantage that you can leave the adapter installed and just remove the sd card so by protecting the delicate contact pins in the camera. I have also bought a similar item which holds two micro SD cards which add together to form one big CF card. These both work really well

    Never got Wifi SD to work

    This was bought to allow an SD Card to be used on an old camera that used Compact Flash Storage. The offer of WiFi SD was a plus, but not the main reason for buying it. I have SDHC adapters for microSD cards, so I am familiar with the concept and assumed this would work the same way ... Put the card in the adapter, put the adapter in the camera and check the phone for the new WiFi connection. Unfortunately, this never really worked on this adapter, I even tried it with one of my SDHC adapters and got no network ... The only way I was able to access WiFi SD, with this adapter was to use a Toshiba FlashAir card and connect to the WiFi connection from that ... Probably down to the age of the camera, but be aware that the WiFi on this is not bullet proof ... However, as a straight SDHC to CF adapter ... No complaints there.

    Great idea, well made but wouldn't function in my Nikon D 70 camera

    Manufacturing is good and SD cards fit fine although micro SD cards can be awkward to remove. Unfortunately unit would not function with my Nikon D70

    Good but defeats the purpose of bending the pins.

    If the slot for the SD card was at the top and not the side so you could take the as card out without having to take out the adapter.
