Be smart with your hard earned money, Please buy anything But a Redcat!
This has to be the absolute worst RC purchase decision I have ever made Not to mention the particulr supplier I chose to buy it from.I am a 50+ year old Industrial Electrician with 35+ years of field experience. I'm no "Rocket Scientist" but I'm not a Dim Wit, either. I did some research and shopped around read and watched many articles on the subject matter. Finally, I came to a decision to buy a Redcat Racing "Earthquake" 3.5 nitro. It was on special for $279.99 and relatively close to my locale. I waited, with much anticipation for it to arrive. The pros It looks great for the price. Cons Second rate components, poorly designed, Skill level of factory assembly workers terribly inadequate. Over application of thread lock compound. Screws and fasteners either too tight to muck thread lock or not tightened at all. Warranty assistance virtually nonexistent. NO customer support. Will not even acknowledge receiving an email.
