Long coveted album! So happy I now have an original copy!
This is an excellent album, unfortunately these are now few and far between, which is especially a shame because Aaliyah sadly passed away (almost 20 years now...how did that happen 😯🤔!?) Truly Ultimate
This set contains two CDs filled with Aaliyah's most loved tracks, as well as many unreleased tracks that are posthumous gems for her fans. The DVD contains interviews and a documentary of sorts, among other things. It's an extremely rare set -- it was never released in the US, only in UK, Japan & Australia. The production quality is great. The artwork on the discs and the tri-fold case is sleek, simplistic and elegant in design. You can tell a good bit of consideration went into this collection. Ultimate Aaliyah is like a glorious sendoff to a much-loved woman whose career and life ended abruptly one August evening in 2001. Maybe someday her uncle will see to it that this be released for the public to enjoy, but for now, I am glad to have it as part of my collection.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
