    Brilliant. Was meant to be influenced by the "Road to ..." films of Hope and Crosby. Can't help feeling that the roles would have been funnier if they had been reversed, with Beatty as the straight, smoothy Crosby and Hoffman as the clown Hope. Shame the director wasn't up to it, Beatty should have done all that. Pity they are now too old to do a followup, perhaps "The Road to China", "The Road to Brexit" or whatever. Great idea, someone should have a go at it.
