Drama more than scifi!
I sort of enjoyed this film but felt a little cheated with the very abrupt ending. Spoiler: Like ‘Day of the Triffids’ rain water blows away these hot alien blobs. Yes blobs! Like the US Blob movies but slower and hotter! It’s also a little like ‘Isand of Terror’ with giant wood lice munching on everyone the Doctor Who monster are a little bit more theatre puppetry over terrifying creature. BUT what makes it worth a watch is the good dramatic acting!
