This twin drum finishing sander has a compact footprint and is designed for finishing boards, panels and frames. The sanding drums are aluminium, machined and dynamically balanced for smooth running. The drums are powered by a 1.5kW 230V. Being a twin drum machine, it uses a different grade of abrasives on each drum, coarse on the front, fine on the rear. The rear roller will require adjustment depending on the abrasive being used. A graduated scale for each side makes accurate setting an easy task. The abrasive is easy to change, requiring no tools. The access lid has a safety interlock switch.
