AN amazing superb quality product.
An AMAZING, superb quality product for the money with easy self assembly instructions. excess screws given which is great !! My aged cat learnt very quickly to use them. grey carpet step covers which can be easily seen in the dim light. step sizes are superb giving enough room to walk up comfortably, slightly taller than most other products which butts up nicely to higher bed or furniture. As the product has no back plate as such. PLENTY STRONG ENOUGH. This doubles up as a storage unit for biscuits, toys etc. As you can guess the cat and I are a 100% happy. thank you

Treads need to be deeper for older pets.
The steps treads are far too small, I have a 2kg toy poodle, 10 years old but she cannot use the steps as the height to tread depth is not suitable. The tread needs to be deeper. Construction and ease to put together is good but the design not.

the item is okay but seems a little flimsy and was impossible to put together as 1 person, 2 is necessary. So far it is doing the job though and we certainly wont test it with the higher end of the weight limit!
