A BIT TOO OLD TO REVIEW, BUT IT IS DIRE STRAITS!
Saw the actual concert shown on the Sky Arts TV channel recently and thought it excellent -- apart from not being able to hear Mark Knopfler's busy guitar work very well, and I sent for this set hoping it might be better after remixing, but not really. Saw Mark Knopfler at London's Albert Hall to do one of his first solo shows - the Golden Heart tour. Acoustics are known to be very good there, and they definitely were, but then they put out a studio recording using the same line up of support musicians and playing virtually all the same numbers, and that was heaps better. Pity they didn't do the same thing with 'Alchemy'. That's all I can say really, but I am selling it on.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
