Boiler purchase
I have purchased a few of these boilers for customers and they are easy enough to fit. And all have gone with out any issues, but this one had a few faults. You cannot know there are faults until it all installed and plumbed in. And connected to water, electric and gas. The boiler had a few problems, leaks and no hot water? I managed to deal with a few but the manufacturer had to be called out to fix under warranty. And to be fair they went to the customer on the day they were called out, and fixed it straight away. And you cannot get better after sale service than that. This is a budget boiler but with service like that its as good as any top branded boiler.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

cheap boiler cost more that a good boiler
a lot of issues with this new boiler resulting in the warranty engineer came to repair it . A faulty electrode , that was replaced by another faulty one. eventually a good one was found . He left and the the smell oF gas was so overpowering my boiler engineer is due tonight to try and rectify the problem. Boiler was £449 BUT i had to get a flue £80 THEN a timer £60 and a wireless thermostat at £50 BOILER COST £640 !! In the finish and still has issues ? i could of and should of gone for a Worcester.....lesso learntVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
