Couldn't connct to the internet as first as it wouldn't bluetooth to any deiive but found a cable we had that matched with the printer and plugged into a laptop and now it connects fine will all our devices after doing a manuel set up with one. We got this product for a good price and it prints well enough for what we paid. No perfect qualilty but it's more than readable so good enough for what I was looking for.
