Really soothing for my neck & top back pain, was using a normal hot water bottle which was causing me to hold my neck side wise making me more stiff, this u can walk around & sit up straight it’s amazing!! Great idea, not a great design.
The item arrived promptly, opening it it look fine, but after filling it and putting it on, I found the seam of the bottle is up against your neck, which keeps Mo's of the bottle away from it. The front of the bottle digs into my neck, but that will be because I have a big neck, but if the seam was in a different place, would probably not matter.

Neck warmer hot water bottle
Suffering as I presently do from a neck cancer I bought this to keep other parts of my neck warm and flexible. Because of its unusual shape, filling can be a bit hazardous, so I usually try to prop the item up and use a funnel, to prevent unfortunate mishaps. Good hot neck warmer
