Inadequately packaged for posting
This product is very sensitive to heat. It was posted with without any ice-pack. An ice-pack would have ensured that the product does not lose it's potency and is not damaged. As no such precautions were taken, I as the consumer have no guarantees that the product was not harmed en-route to me. Any time spent in a hot van or warehouse could have caused damage to the product. As it is an expensive product, I would like to be assured that the product maintains it's integrity, and the way it was posted did not provide me that assurance.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
