    Strong bench

Forget the little attachments. Then you have a strong bench with an easily adjustable back rest for incline and decline bench and flying. Stable when doing inclined sit up. Solid enough to use for step ups. It is easy to put together and does sort of fold up with the removal of one pin pull. The leg extension bar is not really usable but again that is because the makers have tried to make the bench do too much. If you want a reliable, easily adjustable bench this is good for that.

  • Most critical review

No horizontal setting , over engineered

Although well built and light , lack of a horizontal seat setting does limit exercises and is a significant design oversight . A little over engineered with the cables attached that any home gymer is unlikely to use., and the preacher curl pad is badly positioned . I’ve tried with this bench but plan to sell on and get a better one

  • Very good bench

Amazing price, Good quality and excellent bench... You can use it for dumbell chest, shoulder work outs and if you have a pulley machiene like me you can use it for back work outs and dumbell bicep work out...You can also do abs work out... The only thing i did not like is that you do the leg work out with a small amount of weight as bigger amount weights won't fit there...

  • Amazing

I weigh 110kg, and I needed a very big and sturdy bench with extra bits, so I risked and brought this one and honestly I’m not disappointed, it holds my weight plus additional 50kg when I workout (dumbbells) I don’t know the limit of this benches weight that can hold but seriously it’s very strong if you put it all together correctly and tighten every screw

  • As a bench it's short, but decent, the attachments are gimmicks and of little or no use

As a bench it's decent, but short. I'm 6ft 4 and my head is well off the back support. Some of the parts are gimmicks: The seated row with the spring - the spring is far too strong and with a very short and unusable stretch The rubber attachments are just far too weak to be of any use As others have said the leg extension isn't designed well and it will run along and bruise your shins Taking those out and you can remove those attachments it's a decent bench, but pricey for what it is and too short

  • Safety issues

The functionality of the bench lacks the safety for the user, as the leg extension is not well designed and constructed. When you perform a leg extension exercise, the padded bar rolls up to the shin resulting in pressure to the shinbone directly and causing it to hurt and later bruising. Also, there's no room for your feet to position whilst performing a leg extension. The bench sits too low. For that price I don't recommend it to anyone.

  • Solid bench

I spent a lot of time looking for a bench in a market with no recognised brands. We've only had this a couple of weeks but it seems sturdy, well designed and built with solid components. So far so good.

  • Excellent Lightweight foldable portable bench

This is an excellent bit of kit especially regarding the very competitive pricing. It is a lightweight portable folding unit ideal for someone 1hu doesn't have a complete spare training room. When I realised how light it was I was worried about its durability. However when I started using it I was 15 stone & have not noticed any weakness in the bench. the added bonus of this lightweight means it is very easy to carry the folded bench to a cupboard or another room. Possibly of use to personal trainers who could transport this to a client address.

  • Decent

Decent bench, for the essential presses.. chest press, shoulder press. Angles are quite awkward. The bench doesn’t lie completely flat and attempting abs I found where I place my legs was way too low so I kept sliding down the bench. With all this being said without gyms this is essential equipment and I’m happy I took the plunge before lockdown 2.0... was delivered slightly late but again decent.
