Versatile cake tin but some limitations on size
The tin is good quality and very easy to clean and store. The instructions caused me a few difficulties in assembling the tin to the size I wanted. Probably will be easier next time. Folding cake tin
Briliant tin, seen some reviews that it leaks though compartments, which it does a little but the small amount it did i scrapped away with a small cake smoother, I love the idea that it folds flat for storage and can be different sizes. I lined the base with baking parchment before putting it together and sprayed the sides with quick release spray. because it comes apart was a doddle 4 cakes perfect after baking. Would like it if i could get extra sections to do smaller cakes as well, would be great if they did this in a round tin as well . Easy Fab Four
Needed to make multiple Christmas cakes this year, but I don’t have space to store multiple cake tins. This tin is perfect! Not only is it one tin, it’s flat- packed so is easy to store. Easy to assemble and dis-assemble, can be used to make between 1 and 4 cakes of equal or different sizes; your choice! I don’t have a photo of the cakes in the tin, but those pictured are my cakes (so proud!). It’s a very large tin 12” x 12” so to do 4 square cakes, I used double the mixture for a large celebration cake. Highly recommend this cake tin.
