Who needs a Dyson!!
I already had a cordless vacuum, an original GTech Air. Whilst it is brilliant at picking up, it's not very manoeuvrable and doesn't get into small spaces. I have a Dyson City corded but their cordless cleaners are way too expensive, so decided to try this Vax. A bargain price for what was simply a 'damaged box' item and it wasn't really that damaged! The Vax itself was brand new and after some time charging it, I gave it a try. To say I was impressed is an understatement; my carpets looked reasonably clean but the amount of dust and dirt this cleaner remover was astonishing! Very easy to get round and under furniture, it was also super easy to empty. With a wall fitment to store it (which I will get round to fixing up at some point), this cleaner is highly recommended. LOOKS GREAT, SOUNDS GREAT, NO SUCTION
Well.... Had this for almost 2 months now. Looks great. Installed the charge port etc.... Worked well the first couple of times used and then the suction has been getting steadily worse. Have cleaned filters etc.... replaced filters, read instructions several times but the suction has got to the point where its practically non existent. Only way to pick anything up is by using the roller mechanism but because the suction is so poor as soon as you turn it off all the bits/fluff etc just falls out the tube so your back where you started albeit with a pile of debris in one place on your carpet. Cordless Vax
I bought this as I have arthritis, big vacuum cleaners are hard work. Impressed with cleaning power, not impressed with having to wash filter every time it's used. Stick part would not release, was offered return and refund, but wanted to keep it. So we managed to get stick to release, then eased the high spots of plastic with sandpaper, releases easy now. Still haven't got used to no cable yet! Absolute waste of money
Hard to clean rollers as gap is so small, unless you take out the screws. Filter needs ro be washed every time you use it, second filter can just be brushed. Head is very small so takes forever to hoover, also not the best at getting up dirt, also takes forever to charge after use. I got this thinking would help as have arthritis in my hands, but the top is very heavy and uncomfortable to hold. Vax Blade
I bought 2 of these, one for my daughter's house, then one for our own house, the blade is extremely easy to use, comes with all attachments, very light and obviously no cables. All in All a good all rounder, especially when you have 3 cats and 2 Border Collie dogs, picks up cat hair and long dog hair no problem. Vax review
This is a relatively good product. The battery life isn’t the greatest and though easy to empty it requires a bit more elbow grease to get rid of all the accumulated dust and dirt. Definitely good for cleaning stairs and a quick clean for a spillage as well as using it to clean the car. I would suggest purchasing the higher powered unit (32v) as I think it will have better suction. Vax cordless vacuum.
I had the model before this one, i am delighted i chose this one. It is light weight, easy to use, easy to empty. I paid £200 for my old one which i thought was a bargain, but this one is a steal. I would never buy from another retailer, i will be buying from here in future. I will tell everyone about this on line retailer.
