Emjoi AP-18 Emagine 72 Tweezer Head Epilator
This epilator is great, used on my chin area, above and below lips, on legs and under my arms. I was surprised that is was not very painful for me. I used it after taking a hot bath for about 30 minutes (dried off and waited 10 minutes before using). So maybe it opened up my pores. Another thing I like is that unlike waxing I did not get pimples above my lips from the epilator. I really like this product and for $69 including shipping it was an incredible deal. This is nothing like the epilators sold in the early 90's (showing my age). This really worked quickly and I highly recommend this epilator.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not the best, but not the worst
I didn't like the epilator that much. It left a lot of broken hair (rather then plucking it from the root). I'm not sure if that's a problem with my hair or the product though. I've used a cheaper $20-30 epilator before and felt the results were much better. It did remove a lot though too, just not as smooth as I would've liked. Worth the money
This is my second one (first one lasted about 10 years) and I have found this is the best way to remove unwanted hair on the backs of my legs and bikini area. I am also able to use it on arm pits and the peach fuzz on my face. I am not a fan of waxing, so as long as I keep up, this keeps hair removal fairly pain free.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Woman or Man
Although the item indicated the product was for a man, it works wonderful for a woman also. Mush faster than my previous epilator, just 5 minutes once every few weeks and I have completed grooming. Yes the first time is a little painful but like plucking your eyebrows, after a few times, it is just fine. Much better than shaving or waxing. Emjoi AP-18
This is a replacement order for an Emjoi AP-18 epilator I've had for 14 years. Since my old one finally has worn out, I've gone back to shaving, and I HATE SHAVING! With the Emjoi, I only had to use it once a week on arms, underarms, legs, and it makes the hair come back softer and lighter, no more bristles. And since it removes the hair below the skin, it takes longer to re-grow. I love the Emjoi! It is a quality piece of machinery, well worth the price for the service it gives. Brilliant Epilator
I've used many epilator's over the years and this is the best by far. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't have a light - my last one did and it was very handy. Even without the light, this is a fantastic product. It is really fast and I thought it might be painful having so many tweezers, but it really isn't. I'm delighted with it. Get Rid of Hair Forever!!
The Emjoi Epilator that I purchased is AMAZING! It is the top of the line in epilators and is something that really works. It removes hair-not shaves hair-with tiny tweezers and makes the hair follicle grow in weaker and weaker as it grows back, to the point of no return! I am a male and I've bought both the Emagine for men and women. I actually think the Emagine for women is better. The metal tweezer head of the male unit is heavy and clunky and needs replacing often. The plastic heads on the female unit seems to run smoother and weighs much less. Emojoi epilator 72 tweezers is awesome
I ordered this for Mother's Day to give it a try. I have a lot of hair, and it's thick/coarse hair and I can't stand feeling stubble so I have shaved EVERY DAY since a young teenager because it feels like stubble of a man's beard if I don't. So I got this 72 tweezer head one to try and it works fantastic. I had to suck it up and stop shaving and worked on my legs every day for about 8 days til I got all the hair out! Now I check every night for any thing that might be springing up by just quickly running it over my legs. The skin feels so smooth and now you don't see the stubble under my skin like you could before. My husband laughs at me because he says I'm obsessed! I thrilled to have hair free legs!!! I will always want one of these... please don't stop making them because I'm sure I'll eventually wear this one out.... I also use it on my arms... haven't got brave enough to try the underarms yet though. Works on bikini area too. it was a little painful at first now I don't pay any mind to it.
