Good communication, speedy delivery, good quality photograph print for the mask, easy to assemble. I read other reviews saying the elastic isn't very good. The only thing I would say is the elastic seems a little weak so it would be nice if there were a couple of extras in case they snap! Other than that they are fab. Great quality picture and easy to put together. The cost of buying it already made was not too much more but I like the small bit of crafting of cutting it out and sticking the elastic on.
