Much Better, Alternative Use!
We did not buy this item to use as a bike store but to shield our stove from tree debris &bird poop, whilst camping! It does the job brilliantly - it is very roomy so holds the camp kitchen/larder, pots and pans and other utensils - not only that but everything can be shut away at night which stops unwanted guests from stealing our food! I bought this as Halfords are are a reputable UK retailer and in the UK. Other cheaper £25 versions are available but tent to be ports from China. The key issue is the given dimensions are misleading. The ', depth ' refers to the base footprint what is not made clear is the tent narrowed so much by c 15cm at bar height. It was so narrow a 90cm elevation I could not fit in the main bike I needed to. The wouldn't unless all child's bikes be a cat's hope of fitting three in! So yes disappointed but it's up , wet and too much hassle to return or scrap til spring. The quality is decent tho, just too shallow a tent for ATB or full bar hybrid bike ( Raleigh trek etc) the search goes on...

Compact & easy to fit.

Bicycle Tent
An excellent item that fits two large bikes very comfortably and it also takes a smaller child's bike no problem. It is easy to erect, a bit fiddly but done within about twenty minutes. I have it on a hard standing but I think it would sit better on a softer surface. For the price its a great bit of kit and it has a feel of reasonable quality that should last three to four years at least. I like it and it looks good up.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good value for money but I doubt it will have a long life. Short term or occasional use should be okay.

Quality is OK but not wide enough

not waterproof.
This item is not waterproof. It rained all day the day after I put my kids bikes in this and by the next day the bottom of the tent had filled with water. Useless for keeping bikes dry in the UK.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
