Great value and good qualuty
Apart from the fact that the colours of 2 of the bands correspond in reverse to the usual colours (blue/green) - they are good quality and great value. looked the business didnt deliver
Although this looks very much like the origional sets you could buy 5 years ago it isnt, thankfull they do have the large d ring carabina style attachments, and they do have the tab to tell you what resistance they are however this ends there. the bands are no way to the resistance they are supposed to be. it is blatantly obvious the market is flooded witrh cheap materials and i find it heart breaking that i have been send this set with rubbish latex which isnt actually as good as sets 5 years ago. Can generally provide a good body work out.
The bands work well though the load on the weaker ones aren't great and in some of the exercises you need to double up to get sufficient resistance. Nice collection of beginner's resistance bands with useful accessories for a wide range of uses. VERY GOOD BANDS... BUT USELESS INSTRUCTIONS
The bands vary in circumference, colour and strength - allowing you to choose the amount of resistance. The metal fastenings seem secure but the webbing handles are not very large or comfortable. I have found some obvious exercises to do...but no thanks to the single sheet of many tiny diagrams that purport to explain a great number of possible work outs but with no written explanations. The handles are too small for me, so causes chaffing with most exercises; I just hook each one to itself and use them as bands...restricted uses. Its great for non builders sized hands. Disappointing
Cheap in the quality and not getting much resistance. Wouldn’t recommend buying this product to anyone. Not happy with the product and very disappointed. While I was using it the resistance tube snapped and broke, because it wasn’t strong enough to do any resistance at all. My hand went red and sore after the rubber snapped in my hand. This is extremely good value for the price - almost believable. The quality of the bands, anchors and fasteners is surprisingly good. I am delighted with the exercise resistance bands, which I bought specifically to increase my strength for archery - but I find they are superb for just about a whole body workout and, better still, I can take them with me wherever I might go travelling.
