Quality Gaming Headset
Good Quality, well built headset, sit comfortably over the ears and don't slip off your head.. Could be a bit more padded around the head band. No sound distortion with deep bass and the surround is excellent when enabled through the software. The Logitech software is easy to use with some good features. Love the way the microphone tucks away when not in use. I use the NZXT Hue+ kit, so i can match the colours of my headset to my pc. All in all a great product and would definately reccommend.

OK sound but unreliable electronics and/or software
I've got refurbrished set of this headphones. Battery was completely discharged. After charging it i had to do factory reset and firmware upgrade to pair the headphones and receiver. Every time i power headphones off - i have to do pairing procedure over and over. Receiver has a pinhole not a normal button which is super uncomfortable to use. Few days ago they stopped charging when powered on. LGS software just says "wake up your phones" when i plug USB cable. No charging performed. When i unplug USB cable headphones just wake up. Would recommend!
I had my Logitech G930 which I bought in 2010, up until it broke whilst moving. I got a refurbished G933 and it had constant disconnect issues, I had to return it, so I replaced with with a Void Pro, but the Void just didn't sit well with me, so I decided to go back and try the G933 one more time, and I am glad I did! This headset has nothing on a fully functional Logitech G933. It is amazing, great sound, great comfort and great convenience. However, this is based on not having the constant discount issue, if you do, this headset is unusable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
