This is a nice oximiter with extra useful features at a good price. Many other less costly oximiters don't have displays that show a plethysmograph and profusion index to illustrate quality of the reading, If there is one minor negative point, it is that it feels a bit fragile; the battery case cover has shown a small tendency to occasionally pop off when handling.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
