Fun Brushing
I look forward to brushing my teeth with this brush. It's actually fun. It takes less time to get my teeth clean because it's so efficient. The brush has a built-in mechanism for gradually increasing the power. When I first began, the higher power levels became a little too invigorating for me too soon, so I reset the power to level one again.Then I could build up to the full power at Day 14 with no problems. (Most users probably won't have this experience, according to the people I spoke with at Philips.) Another issue I had was tenderness to my gums. Once again, this problem disappeared after a few days. I'm glad I stuck with it because I really like this toothbrush. I've had a tendency to use too much pressure when brushing but this brush helps me stop that because it emits a beep whenever I do. I have decided to order Philips' gum health brush heads in the future (not the plaque head) since my enamel is worn in spots and I think this would provide better protection. I like that I am free to choose any head type with this brand of electric toothbrush. The heads are all interchangeable. I would like to add that my brush's electric charge is lasting much longer than the two weeks suggested by Philips.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Basic Sonicare with features I wanted

Happy accident
I've had the entry level Sonic brush for years and loved it. I was forced to purchase this when I inadvertently bought the wrong replacement brush heads at Costco. Instead of returning them, I thought I'd upgrade my brush. So happy with my accident. The brush head is a bit smaller which allows me to get behind my back molars. Excellent price for this unit
My dentist pushes these really hard, probably because he sells them there in the office. This is an excellent basic unit and the pricing can't be beat. I had some fear that there might be counterfiet units on the market but I examined this unit carefully and it shows all signs of being genuine. It was in new, original packaging as well. Clean teeth, healthy gums
I consider Philips Sonicare Electric toothbrushes the best. Always have good checkups at the dentist - very little plaque buildup. I have been using this product for many years and have just replaced my old, very used Sonicare toothbrush with another, more up-to-date version, the 4100. It is GREAT. Good toothbrush, let’s see if it lasts!
I’ve purchased four (4) Sonicare’s in the last five years. They always end up damaged just after the warranty expires. I ve had great results with my periodic dental visits so I stick to the toothbrush that provides a good clean. Good Basic Phillips Sonicare Toothbrush
This New Phillips Sonicare 4100 electric toothbrush arrived safely, was well packaged and works flawlessly. It is basic; one speed; turns off at the end of 2 minutes. So if you are not through cleaning, you have to push the button again. It's not too noisy. Wish it came with a travel case. Seems like the brush is quire small.
