Way better than the Canon-supplied lens cap
The (Canon) original lens cap for my Canon SX-20 never fitted well and eventually fell off and was never seen again. Canon replacements are pricey and probably work no better than the one shipped with the camera. So I thought I might as well try a cheap replacement. Brilliant! The whole thing is way better engineered than the Canon effort and the catch mechanism is chunky and positive. Even has a leash to tie onto the camera for when the cap is off. Better Than Original Manufacturers Lens Cap
Having lost my original manufacturers lens cap, I wanted a replacement quickly. A new original lens cap was well over £10! This one is over 5x cheaper and is better than the original.
