Why the Night Hawk Pro Gaming SX10 Switch is one of the best wired ethernet routers in the market
I had 10 year old gigabit router. But this router goes beyond. I also had cat 5 and 6 cables and when I upgraded to this version of Nighthawk net gear router with some new cat 8 internet cables, My internet no longer lags out like it used to. This product is amazing if you stream 4k movies from Vudu or Movies Anywhere. Great upgrade and highly recommended as Wifi networks always have connection issues I rather stay wired into my computers. The best part is the dual 10 gig uplink where you can run two internet cat 8 wires into your computer and give the download rate a bit more speed for your pc as long as you have dual Ethernet card slots. Easy setup works great
Using this connected to an XR700 fitted with a 10Gbps SFP adaptor. Hence main trunk in house runs at 10Gpbs. Switch is connected to several gaming orientated devices (hardwired) while remainder of non gaming devices use wifi to router.
