Very good laptop as stationary gaming solution
i wanna start with the fact that i really satisfied with this laptop because it is what i expected (relative to pros and cons). Let's start with pros: 1. HUGE ssd. 512 gb is enough for system plus collection of frequently used applications you work with. More of that you can install additional drives to free 2.5" slot and replace optical drive (it is useless for years at least for me) 2. Expandable RAM 3. Materials are nice to touch: from chassis to keycaps 4. Comfortable for eyes display (but it is really subjective parameter) 5. Obviously good overall performance because of technical specification And some cons: 1. Not really long battery life. You can play games for about 1 - 1,5 hours. So consider this as stationary gaming solution with good UPS. 2. Working temperature in games is high. It relates both to laptop and power brick. There is no discomfort for fingers on top of its body. But if you put your hand next to ventilation left to WASD keys you will definitely feel the heat And a little cavil: very unfamiliar keyboard. i often press num lock instead of backspace and num4 instead of enter. But it is habit deal Overall i can rate this as 5- laptop for my personal tasks: some programming and lots of gaming - minus is for heat
