Took me a few days to get used to, but I can FEEL the difference

Took me a few days to get used to, but I can feel the difference in my hand and shoulder using this mouse. I just wish it worked on my glass desktop, but there is not a vertical mouse that supports that feature.

    Comfortable but buttons are noisy

The mouse is comfortable and easy to use, but the left and right click buttons are very noisy, every time I click, they are very loud, this is not something I expect for a high end mouse. My previous 5 dollar mouse’s buttons make less noise when clicked than this one

  • Not perfect, but works as intended.

I've had carpel tunnel issues in my wrist for years from long periods of using a traditional mouse for video editing. While I think a completely vertical mouse might have been even better, this mouse does alleviate ~50% of the wrist strain. I also found it very easy to adjust to, and it has an extremely good battery life, I can charge it once and it'll last more than a week, I've never had it die on me.

  • Does what it says on the tin!

It’s a great vertical ergonomic mouse for righties. I was crippling myself using a claw like hand posture on an Apple Magic Mouse for work, it was bad. So I switched to this one and it’s like night and day. So much better on not just my hand and wrist but also my shoulder. It’s a thorough improvement. Also if you use multiple computers as I do, there’s a handy dandy button on the bottom that alternates to three different Bluetooth connections, so that’s convenient as well. The customizable buttons and Logitech software allowed me to replicate the main functionality I was missing from the Magic Mouse, which was horizontal scrolling. With those on the thumb buttons, I’m as fast and precise as before, only more comfortable and not doing medical harm to my body. Oh, last thing and my only tiny nitpick, is the scroll wheel. The way it’s designed, the skin of your index finger can get caught between the wheel and the mouse buttons, it’s annoying but that’s really all I can say about it. If they tightened the clearance on that component, I’d have nothing at all to say. And a few days into using it, I don’t even mind that so much. But if you’re listening Logitech, fix that in the next revision!

  • Almost there, but not there. Still better than other options.

Well.. I have CPT from signing (ASL) and due to repeated stress from using (cheap) mouse at work as an architect. Having heard about the new release last year, I went to try it at Best Buy... and this feels super cheap; weight and materials scream cheap; I wish it was heavier (for accuracy). Logitech even skimped on features included in all other MX series like hyperscroll. But at the end of the day, my wrist feels better. This isn't a perfect product, at least not for everyone. But it's better than other options out there. I would never buy it at full retail price though. I'd rather get refurbished for 2/3~1/2 the price... which is what I did.

  • Beautiful, comfortable mouse. Though it could be better.

I got this mouse to ease wrist strain. I'm coming from an Apple Magic Mouse which I liked ok, accidental scrolling was ALWAYS an issue with that one but I do have to say that intentional scrolling was a superb experience with it and not so much with the MX vertical, it's tough to scroll through long documents even in its faster setting plus I can no longer scroll horizontally. Other than that I am quite happy with it and on busier days I hope to notice my right wrist feeling better than with the Magic Mouse. The design is beautiful and feels immediately more natural and comfortable. I had seen reviewers say it is very large, my hands aren't small and it does feel a bit large but that hasn't been a big issue.

  • The Mercedes of ergonomic mice.

This mouse is one of three ergonomic mice I own. The others are all name brands, but nothing compares to the Logitech MX. It's rechargeable, so no more dead batteries. A single charge lasts for days. It is super responsive, and fits in your hand very well. This is currently the best ergo mouse out there, despite being the most expensive.

  • Comfortable and full of features.

A bit awkward at first, but it's fast to get used to it. It's a bit tall so, if you're using a tray, take a ruler to see if it fits. Also, my wrist doesn't ache as much as it used to, after a week of use.

  • Good mouse for all day work

Still a little expensive, does not have enough functions in it. If it’d be packed with more features, I wouldn’t mind to pay that much for it. Good enough. Can be better

  • Mouse serves the purpose.

Great mouse with some unfortunate drawbacks. Mouse is great, it has great precision and useful software. Pretty comfortable in hand. However rubber coating become sticky (might be because of 34C room temperature). This goo also sticks to your fingers and then everything become feel sticky, even your own fingers. I'm using lens cleaner solution with microfiber cloth, it helps for few hours I contacted Logitech support and only thing they recommend is to replace the mouse. Have no idea if it is some known issue and manufacturing process was improved later.
