Just tried these out and so far so good! Definitely felt a good pump after using these. Curious to see muscle growth after a few sessions. One tip: be sure to adjust to desired tightness BEFORE putting on. It's easier to slide on after it has been secured. If you try to open the latch and close again you will be frustrated. Also, keep in mind that as you progress through your exercises with these on they will get tighter as the blood flow increases.
