Great Idea
These are so easy to use. Just pop the whole thing (sock & all) into the freezer. The material is very soft, and the construction is a very good quality. I use these every night. I only wish they would stay colder, longer. They only seem to last about 20 minutes (yes, I know that's the common recommended time to ice your parts, but I'd like to decide that!) I do over-wrap them with ace bandage to make them a little tighter to my feet. Anyway, these are the first ones I've tried, and I like 'em.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

don't know what this means but i'll say good.
they arriv ed quickly. they feel wonderful on my old, swollen aching feet., i will keep using them even after this current treatment is finished which is the reason i bought them. they don't have tread on bottom so a little trick to walk on slick floors so i take them off when i have to walk. easy to put on and take off. don't take up much room in small freezer. i highly recommend them.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
