Well worth a try
Short version: Was waking just in time to prevent full-blown night cramps. Was also “crampy” during the day. Decided to try these just in case they could help. Also started eating bananas (for the potassium). It seems possible that the tablets are indeed helping. Would have been foolish not to buy some more packets. Longer version: After about two days, I stopped taking these as recommended and just used before and/or after runs and at night if I felt crampy. The amount I take is less than the recommended dosage. This is so even though I may take 2 or 3 at night if I feel it may help. Have not woken with night-time twinges since starting with these/bananas. I don’t care what is working as long as I escape cramp.
