Does humour belong in music? Oh yes!
I saw the film recently and was struck by the amazing soundtrack. Reminded me of the work of John Barry. Very catchy with gorgeous arrangements and in parts hilarious. It illustrates the film plot and the "grooviness" of the late '60s. For my taste this is up there with the most notable film soundtracks. I knew that Dudley Moore was a musician as well as a talented actor and comedian, but the quality of this amazed me.
