    Sci-Fi comedy

    I remembered this from my childhood and with having Boys who also love SCI-FI , this was a film I fell in love with as a kid myself ...., I thought I`d treat them to a little slice of daddy`s childhood memories and boy am I glad I did , they haven`t stopped talking about it... , a powerful story with great characters , great music and to-boot it`s about spaceships/UFO`s , fantastic story for a sci-fi mad family...popcorn at the ready...

    Crash and Burn!!

    If you are a fan of this film, or you are curious enough to buy it, and want to fully experience the visual effects and action, look elsewhere. This is a DVD that was given away in a promotion. It is not widescreen and the picture quality is TV broadcast quality. A casual viewer would be pleased with it, but as a die hard film fan I was not impressed. I immediately purchased the proper DVD release.

    A classic sci-fi film from many people's childhoods. Granted the effects might seem a tad dated by today's standards but the story & premise of the film is rock solid. Definitely well worth a watch.
