  • Wibbly wobbly, timey wimey stuff.

The show had ended in 1989 after low rating, this was going new series for Americans, it didn't go as planned, so this was been a hour & a half pilot TV film instead. It was excellent.

  • New faces, old villains- but the fans will love it!

The dvd is in great condition and the story is well thought out and acted. There is a more adult feel about the plot and a better handling of the cause and effects of regeneration. It is refreshingly free from the feel of Star Trek, is focussed more on the emotional, human aspect of the Doctor and is not too difficult for younger viewers to understand. A tricky plot but there’s a happy ending, and we know that the Master will turn up again in the future (or should that be the past?)

  • McCann good movie Dr Who

McGann good movie Dr Who but best movie Dr Peter Cushing. Good Dr Strange type costume think worn by the Master.

  • Better than Whitaker

It was a good film, much prefer it to Whitaker. Really like Paul McGann and Eric Roberts. Very depressing at the beginning with the street gang. Very cool film, awesome! Thank's, from the Master.

  • Now I can say I own all Nuwho dvds.

A very worthwhile buy for any Whovian... Paul Magann is enchanting as the 8th Doctor joining old and new Who together perfectly. Sylvester McCoy portrays a wonderful 7th doctor coming to the end of his regeneration. Full of excitement and magic of the Doctor Who whomiverse..

  • Great film

Great film. Its a pity the Yanks didn't take it up and Paul McGann would have had more time to develop his character as the Doctor.
