Wibbly wobbly, timey wimey stuff.

New faces, old villains- but the fans will love it!
The dvd is in great condition and the story is well thought out and acted. There is a more adult feel about the plot and a better handling of the cause and effects of regeneration. It is refreshingly free from the feel of Star Trek, is focussed more on the emotional, human aspect of the Doctor and is not too difficult for younger viewers to understand.
