Great dvd!
This dvd is exactly what I've been looking for, I am new to yoga and I found the instructions to be very basic and easy to follow. I also received the dvd quite quickly. I would reccomend this dvd for people who have no experience doing yoga.

This is definitely a DVD for Absolute Beginners. Simple and yet effective. Don’t expect high intensity workout. It’s fantastic for those starting up yoga or going back to it as it’s gentle and shows a few standard beginners Asanas (poses). Breathing is well described too.
