We’ve enjoyed this movie for years - Vanessa Redgrave at her peak, what a physique! What a presence! Edward Fox is irresistible, and a very young, intriguing Uma Thurman - the story is authentic and poignant. The setting , Lake Como, takes you back, back to The World That Was , and will not come again. Enchanting.
