The Eternals
The best of silent film pacing and gesture, with added dimensions of infernal machines, calling cards, urban creeping, building scaling, and train jumping. The story develops very nicely, and the viewers sympathies get caught up in the intrigue. Intimations of immortality with Irma Vep.
